Receive and Warehouse your Inventory

  • Your inventory is shipped directly to us.

You or your product suppliers ship your products to our warehouse. Once your products arrive at our warehouse, we generally will have the products ready for shipment to your customers within 24 hours. We can also offer various levels of inspection of your products based upon your requirements. Our warehouse essentially functions as your "bricks and mortar" location receiving shipments directly from you or your manufacturers, streamlining your supply chain and improving your cost structure, efficiency and profitability.
We will ensure that your inventory receives the appropriate amount of dedicated space and is located using our warehouse management system to maximize efficiencies and provide fast and efficient delivery to your customers. Our inventory management systems and tools allow you to minimize inventory costs and replenish depleted products in a timely fashion. While in our warehouse, your inventory is monitored and we maintain multiple layers of security.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • Your customers' orders are transmitted directly from your order capture to our web based system.

  • Upon receipt of the order, we pick, pack and ship the order. Orders received before 12:00 pm EST are shipped same day.

  • We email a shipping confirmation to you and your customer.

As your customers place orders for products, those orders are directly transmitted and received at our distribution center. Once received, the order is picked from your inventory, packed according to the requirements of the order and the type of product, and shipped according to your and the customer's specifications.
Once an order is received in our system  in-stock items are typically shipped same day, although timing can be adjusted to fit your needs in most situations. Our world class order and warehouse management systems and highly-trained personnel, ensure that your customers receive what they order in a timely fashion.

These information management tools give you access to detailed, up-to-date information regarding orders processed, order tracking, shipping methods and locations, returns and comprehensive inventory management. In addition, if you elect to use our Call Center, you will have access to detailed contact metrics and customer support information as part of that service.
